Andy Schwarz (he/him) specializes in environmental policy analysis on a range of topics including program evaluation, performance management, risk communication, risk assessment, and strategic planning. He has more than 30 years of environmental policy consulting experience, working with clients in the U.S. and in Eastern Europe. Andy has managed more than two dozen evaluations of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs at the Headquarters and Regional level, and has extensive experience in facilitating meetings, and designing and delivering workshops and training courses for clients in the U.S. and in Eastern Europe.
Andy holds a B.A. in Biology from Middlebury College; an M.S.T. in Environmental Education from Antioch University; an M.F.S. in Environmental Policy from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies; and an M.B.A. with a specialty in Finance from George Washington University.
