The conference follows in the tradition of previous State and Regional Conferences, providing participants an opportunity to explore key issues affecting the success of State and EPA performance-based programs. There will be a combination of plenary sessions and a special open space dialogue consisting of a series of parallel working sessions to allow for more detailed discussions of issues critical to state and EPA performance-based programs among participants.
