Angela J. Helman
Principal

Angela J. Helman Ms. Helman has over a decade of consulting experience providing expert environmental policy development and analysis services. She specializes in environmental program development, program evaluation and performance measurement, and communications strategies. Ms. Helman has extensive experience supporting programs that promote: sustainable industry and the greening of commerce; green building and green infrastructure; and smart growth and brownfields redevelopment. Ms. Helman consults with clients including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); several state and local environmental agencies; and non-governmental organizations.

Ms. Helman holds a B.A. in political science from Tulane University, and a M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy from Tufts University. She belongs to the American Evaluation Association and to Phi Beta Kappa, the national honor society.
