Ms. Trabucchi's areas of expertise are finance and environmental economics. Ms. Trabucchi is a nationally
recognized expert in financial responsibility and liability risk management models, including responsibility
provisions underpinning CERCLA, RCRA, SDWA (UIC), TSCA, SMCRA, and OPA, as well as the indemnity frameworks
under the Price-Anderson Act, the National Flood Insurance Act, the Trans Alaska Pipeline Authorization Act,
and the Oil Pollution Act. She regularly consults to public- and private-sector clients on the interplay of
financial assurance and environmental disclosure requirements, including emerging policies for climate change.
Ms. Trabucchi is a member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Financial Advisory Board (EFAB); a member of the
National Risk Assessment Partnership (NRAP) Stakeholder Group; and a member of the MGSC Sequestration Technology Training Center (STTC).
Ms. Trabucchi has testified before the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee as an expert in financial risk management. She also has presented before the U.S. Federal Interagency Task Force on CCS, and before the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
