Government agencies are increasingly being held accountable for ensuring that programs are managed efficiently and effectively. IEc’s extensive expertise in program evaluation helps our clients demonstrate how programs are achieving results and accomplishing their goals. IEc's program evaluations also identify where changes can be made to improve program performance. Using a well-tested program evaluation methodology, IEc defines a program’s goals and maps how the program should function. IEc staff then collect data and interview stakeholders to analyze how the program measures-up to the stated goals.
