Since its founding, IEc has been committed to providing our consulting staff with real opportunities for professional
growth. We approach this commitment in two ways. First, we strive to assign interesting and challenging assignments to
all members of our staff, and we strongly encourage all project team members to contribute to the innovative aspects of
our consulting assignments. Second, we have a serious and formal employee review and evaluation process. This process
consists of two formal written reviews each year, supplemented by project reviews and regular informal feedback. Unlike
many consulting firms, IEc is committed to providing our professional staff with the opportunity to establish and build
their own consulting practices. As a measure of our success in this area, more than half of our current Principals began
their professional careers as Associates with IEc, and two of our Principals began as Research Analysts.
